During his 3 months

So yesterday Nikolas turned 4months old....ahhhhh :( The time is seriously flying by! Stop it!

Almost 3 months old

So for spring break we went to stay with my awsome family in Orem and my wonderful tia Olga and cousin Arlette threw me a baby shower, it was so much fun! The dancing was especially fun. I love family parties, it's like a zumba party hahaha. Thank you guys, you're the best!

 The best part of spring break was that my little brother Alex came to visit. It was so nice to see him, I missed my family so much, I seriously can't wait to see them. It made me so happy that at least one of my brothers got to see their first nephew. I love that. Love you Alex! (Dude you should play football...with Nikolas! :) )

      Being a stay home mom is awsome. I know there are some women out there who think that if they stay home it's like they wasted their life going to school and for what? just to end up staying home? I know, that idea crossed my mind before, but looking back at my life and when I met Noe I realized that that's something I've wanted to do. I remember a little bit when my mom stayed home with us and we got to be our silly selfes and do what we felt comfortable doing. We didn't have to wait 8 hours for her to come home and give us a lecture if we did something wrong, we got it at the moment. (Ouch!!) And we got to be ourselves without feeling awkward that the babysitter would think we were weird. We had so much fun with her,and that's what i remember, we were happy. Now these days there's so many creative people working from their home. Being a cosmotologist or hair stylist or book writer, all while working from their garage or office at home. I'm not trying to put down those mothers who have to work. I know my mom had to work because she became a single mom. But as long as you remember your family and put them first then that's great. i love being a stay home mom. Heavenly Father has blessed me with this great gift i've always wanted. Sometimes when we finally get what we've wanted we forget hoe valuable it is. I promise I won't forget to put my children first. They are my priority, starting with Nikolas.
      Thank you mom for always being there for us. I love you.

Me and my big belly

Ok ladies, no one told me that pregnancies were actually 10 months (A.K.A. 40 weeks!)Imagine my shock and my misery.

Abuelita Perez was so excited, I mean very excited to be a grandma! Also forget about that myth about the position of the belly determines the gender. Mine was low and Candice's was high and we both had boys.

It's a boy!!

It didn't hit me until now

When I was younger my mom would always tell me "when it finally happens to you, you will understand what I'm talking about." I honestly thought I could handle what she went through a lot better. I was wrong!! This week my mother-in-law came to stay with Noe and I for a few days to help clean our apartment to help us get started with the move. While she was there we also went out to go shop for a few things we all needed. Most of the time I was dying to sit down and then walk a bit and then sit down again. My body was going crazy not knowing what to do. I wanted to cry but I thought I should save my tears for the real pain. I didn't realize that the cleaning would take forever! I thought it would be fast and simple, but because my mom always handled the intense clean ups I never knew what the big deal was about moving. Now I know why she hates moving.

Then yesterday we drove down to St. George to stay over with Candice, her brother, and Adan and of course we went shopping...again! (There's a lot of shopping with this family :)) And we noticed that we still needed a little more stuff for the baby and myself. Shampoo, baby lotion, oil, Q-tips, soap, and onesies, and so much more. I thought as long as I bought the baby's neccessities, I would be ok. Well apparently the baby needs a lot of neccessities! Well from now on I'll believe my mom when she says I have no clue what I have in store for me. Mothers know best!
